Could someone guide me to sign up for the 4v4 EU WC tourney? I tried to sign my team up but can't find where to register team thx!

The Tournament is indeed active and open for signups, we are shortly making an official announcement.
You can register a new team here: http://www.teamwarfare.com/addteam.asp
And to join the competition, goto your teams admin panel and click on "Join A New Competition".
