Wu's not evil, hater's gonna hate. What did happen though is that the only stable and fast North American server is now down, which pretty much kills any chances of finding a good CTF pub that's not euro.

How is the lack of a server any different from raging admins kicking/banning everyone? In the end no one gets to play any way.

everyone doesn't get kicked or banned.. hence why you can occasionally find a game of ctf there and why someone would want to stop people from playing there in the first place. If the admins didn't do anything it'd just be another shitty retail pub full of noobs, hackers, and crybabies,. just like everything was between beml and wu.
Creating drama about the no smurf policy (not even how it's being enforced, just the policy itself), instead of playing, is really the biggest reason why people get kicked. People just need to chill and quit being such spaz all the time about everything under the sun. If they really want to smurf that bad, they should go play in euro server or support another server that doesn't have that policy. With so many people that "obviously" know how to admin better than Wu, you'd think that would have happened a thousand times already.

Stevie, wu killed the community. Wu is just a couple of tools and young kids that don't see an alternative.

The community died after beml7. Wu came a few years later and has kept it on life support since then. Other people could have organized and created their own servers with their own rules so they didn't have to play in Wu servers, but not as many people wanted to play in those servers as they did the Wu server. Instead, a few loudmouths want to be rude and try to tell other people how to manage their own servers rather than fixing their own stuff.
As far as admins go, there have been WAY more controversial admins and server rules than what's in the Wu servers. Wu just don't trust people on the antics ban list and are weary of certain other people after they see them coming in the server smurfing as other already existing people, which for at least for me was pretty disheartening to see.
In short, there may be a few surly admins in Wu, but that's pretty common for nearly every server/clan in tribes history. However there are a ton of other people who are friendly and are always interested in playing ctf and having fun, clean, and competitive games. That's why anyone plays in the Wu servers and that's why so many people are wear Wu tags. People who keep on trying to shut down those servers aren't doing anything but hurting the community and closing more doors to those who still want to play than any admin ever could.

hehe as i recal a certain kangaroo rapist once attmpted to gain access to admin on every eu server and got foul mouthed when he was denied. im not gonna say who. its a secret. (malox).
there have been no shittier people running tv servers than malox and violator. not even close. (put the koolaid down)
some jews pretended not to be jews so they could live in peace in germany...is that disheartening to you too. people smurfing as others = same principal.
there are only two surly admins in wu, kangaroo and the long haired one.
SS, if i was you i would run away from wu fast. you are being manipulated by two psychopaths. be careful.

You guys take things way to seriously. Chill out and start being productive by getting your own servers up and running correctly, rather than trying to complain about or knock down someone else's.

The smurf policy that I only have asked >Wu|s server admins to adhere to is not because I want to know who is getting killed / killing me.
It's >Wu|s server , our house ....... we welcome in anyone wanting to play using their known game name as a means of creating a meeting place for gaming friends.
Yes I have excluded some people entirely from our servers due to certainly personal issues ( e.g. Punanie = Community prick ) but these people bring no value what so ever to a decent game.
Yes he / she / it can play but the unjustified bad attitude and in this case history events of being a total arse to so many people just excludes him altogether.
Hang on , I'll change me game name and all is forgotten ... pfft
But in most cases , if a person comes into a server wearing there known game name the people in the server will be less subjected to an idiot trying to create drama.

I have never expected to openly play in any other server beyond mine since getting these servers up .... the community outside the >Wu| group have tunnel vision ..... but yeah you all keep thinking we ban you because you're supposably better than us if that help you sleep at night.
The server rules beyond that are standard , who wants to play in a server full of arseholes cheating and hacking , I agree the use of aimbots these days are few and far between but take antics off ffs and you watch all the tards come in and bot away.
Yes alot of innocents have been caught up in the banning within our servers , but consider the relentless amount of arseholes we have had in them over a long period of time can you serious blame us.
If you want to play in our servers simply follow the rules , if you can't ...... play somewhere else.
It really is that easy , yes the game is dead but there are still a few die hards who like playing and those of us who do I feel appriceate on certain varying levels the protection from the remaining community tards out there when in our servers.
But keep shutting them down , I'll keep putting them back up ...... yeah it's a pain but I'm a big boy and I can handle it.
Am I welcoming you all back into our server having been beaten around by some weak gutluss prick who hacks into my sites , Emails and servers ....... shit NO
But consider 1 thing , and maybe DeathMonk will sound out ..... come in and play , follow the rules and you will have a good time.
Be an arse and take advantage of someone else house where you don't do anything for it regarding upkeep and costs and soon you will be removed.
I'm not changing my ways for anyone ....... you guys need to.
