TWL: Players can't join my team

Hi,

Is there a reason why players can't join my team ?

They have their BF3 PBGUID and they always get this error: Must Have GUID entered to Join this.

I added the last 8 digits of my ID and I can't join the ladder for my Platoon either.

Your team members also have to download and register UAC at http://www.uac.ac and add their uac ID to their profile before they are able to join your team.
