hello!
I created a new account and cant get access to it.
On my old account ( this one), im able to find the player i created..and it shows the new e:mail i used for it.
Now im trying to retrieve a password using this new e:mail and its says;
An error has occured:
Unknown player name or email address, please try again.
Even when im trying to login, it automatically sets me on the new profile name i created and password by default.
the new profile is BalzacN308
InsectWhore@Hotmail.com

I see your problem.
However, here is your other problem. You are allowed ONE account on TWL. Creating and using a second account will get you suspended. I am deleting your "new" account to prevent you any issues.
You can rename your current account, change the email, add new GUID's etc. There is absolutely zero reason to have more than one account.
If you need assistance in something with your current account, please let us know.
