I have already requested to change my name form .ice.Kratos to 'Kratos' 3 times and after one week for each one nothing happens!

Probably because the system is telling you something. Like maybe that name is taken. You're probably getting an error when you try to request that name change. If the name is taken we never even see the request since it can not be done.

After a simple search, yes 'Kratos' is taken.
