Picking up 1-2 starters for s11

We want people that are in this for the long run, need players that have game sense that don't need to be babysit or coach. We'll mold through seasons as a team and help one another in a positive way never a negative so be able to take criticism/give.
We have our main awper and a hybrid so we'll take another hybrid(but be better with a rifle.) and 1 more solid rifle. WE ARE IN NEED OF A GOOD STRAT CALLER. (Smokes, flashes good executable strats!)
BE PREPAIRED to do dry-runs and go over maps when the season starts.
