All,
Thank you for the ones that signed up for season 18 but unfortunately we did not get enough teams participating to move forward.
Here is what we had for signups.
7- teams with a minimum of 5 players
5- teams with 4 or less players
12- teams with 3 or less players. Most teams only had one.
We will re-evaluate our options with the current sponsors and see if we can get a tournament up and running instead.
If the community would like to see something else or special, please post your thoughts.

that's unfortunate. but i think a tournament would be a real good idea. it would be fun.

I think the reason the signups were lacking was because of the exponential time delay between s17 and s18. People simply have no desire to check the forums, so once a few months went by, people simply stopped paying attention. I didn't even know s18 was a go until we were challenged by a team on the ladder. In my opinion, you need to set a firm date as to when registrations will be open, and spread the word from there.

Well we did that but we had to hold open signups for almost a month longer than expect in hopes to fill it with enough teams to play. Even that, we still were unable to get enough teams

I can't but you will still be able to earn it. Tournament will be coming very shortly in place of the season...
