Wanted clear some things up and explain how this process works.
If your TWL account has been banned and you would like to appeal your ban. Do the following:
Email aa_ac@teamwarfare.com with your appeal. Please provide your TWL account name and a brief explanation of your situation. Appeals which have bit more than one or two words in them are likely to get processed more faster and have a better possibility to be granted. When you have sent your appeal you should hear back from us with a simple confirmation email that we have received your appeal, usually happens in 48hours.
After that we will put the case on the line with others we are processing. When it's done you will be emailed the outcome, we also may ask further details from you via email regarding your case. It is imperative that appealants answer honestly and do not try to cover up anything.
What you should not do is take your appeals to the public forums here on TWL. This will not do any good, it will not speed up the process. The post will get removed.
You can not appeal on someones behalf, the player who wishes to have his ban lifted must email our Anti Cheat Staff. This is the only way to get the appeal process started.
Finaly I would like to note that we are currently in summer holidays so there might be some delays how fast we can process these appeals as they have been increasing in numbers lately.
