Well...probably best to just look at 6v6, because that's when competition was the strongest.
Are you talking about just only killing ability?
If that's the case, I would say probably Baby Blue, Mirage, possibly Ardrid or NSanity at a later point.
Are you talking about most wins, most #1 teams, starting on those teams, support, etc.

The best arena players were usually not the absolute best duelers, though there were a few exceptions.
And what's the timeline?
Early to mid competition:
FlyingElmo, Flyersfan, Mirage, Baby Blue, Ardrid, envy
Mid to late competition:
PIMP, NSanity, bdk with a low ping, Razzmatazz, Fuzzy Lumpkinz, Bl[a]ck on a good day
