Hello
Has anyone tried running t2 on a Mac with one of those things that runs windows from a Mac? Is it fast enuf to reasonably play?

Yes, it works fine (actually it works great) if you install Windows using Bootcamp and then boot into Windows to play T2. It does NOT run well if you try to launch Windows as a VM using Parallels, VMWare or similar.
I have an iMac (27", Late 2009) and play T2 @ max res (2880 x 1440) with everything cranked, gameplay is smooth. That's on WIndows 7.
I also have an older (Mid 2008) MacBook Pro running Windows XP on a Bootcamp partition. It also runs T2 without issue. It plays T2 even better because of it's dedicated graphics card.
