Extract into your base directory.
DELETE PREVIOUS WIP VL2 FILES if you have those, as this update replaces them.
DELETE THE S3 MAP PACK as this map pack replaces it.

Maps have an "S5" prefix at the beginning.

Description of S5 Update
The S5 map pack is intended to completely replace the S3 map pack, as many improved versions of the S3 maps are making their way into the S5 pack, and the S5 pack will be fractions of the size of the S3 pack due to removal of custom textures and scripts (such as the boost pads) in order to be utilized on the Goon Haven server and other pub servers once Thyth's auto-downloader is complete. Possible future map packs will stand apart from earlier ones and not replace them- but S5 is an exception because of the size difference and the quality of the maps.

Centaur by Anthem
- Both flags based in mirrored underground structure.
- Repair packs found underground.
- Inventory stations self-powered.
- Reduced gap below front entrances.
- Added lighting to vents.
- Added packs in various spots on the terrain.
- Added repair pack to tower.
- Base and underground relit.

Hawking Heat by Rooster128
- Cut height of the flagstand down considerably, flag now much closer to ground.
- New valleys cut into terrain, terrain much smoother.
- Location of the bases changed to be somewhat closer together, lower in the terrain, and offering more routes.
- Each side has two bunkers, each with its own gen that powers everything inside it, as well as the turrets on top.
- Large Pulse Sensor is self-powered.
- Interiors retextured with bioderm textures.
- Terrain retextured.
- Boost pads taken out.
- Fixed holes in terrain.
- New observer points.
- High frequency details added to terrain.
- Terrain adjusted and smoothed to prevent deadstops.
- Floating inventory station on inferno side fixed.
- Emergency lighting of based brightened a bit.
- Sides of the access holes into the gen rooms have been cut down a bit to aide HO
- Added waypoints for the "Dawn" and "Dusk" bunkers.
- Several large trees and rocks added (mirrored) to break up routes.
- "Tuning Fork" arms have been flipped vertically to help with HOF/LOF visibility.

- Retextured terrain.
- Larger back tower allowing easier access.

Massive by Fling, Rooster128
- Bases rotated so back enterance is facing the flag.
- Turret moved to better cover the base and the flag.
- Gen moved to far side of base so heavys now must enter.
- Custom textures stripped from skybox and terrain.
- Fixed obs points.
- Moved spawns closer to base and flag.
- Removed a sun actor. Map is no longer flat-lit.
- Adjusted the position of the teeth surrounding the base.
- Turret brought in closer to base.

- Cut height of base cooridors in half.
- Base significantly reduced in size.
- Boost pads taken out.
- Interiors retextured with bioderm textures.
- Tower in middle taken out.
- Terrain shrunk by roughly 40%.
- Various high hills added around OOB.
- Inventory stations in tower are self-powered.
- Flag moved to front of base.
- Turret placement updated.
- Outside repair pack moved to side enterance, closer to vehicle station.
- Foliage redone.
- Emergency lighting brightened.
- Normal lighting brightened.

- Heavy Offense can play flag and base at same time.
- Areas of ship can be turtled out.
- Ship's interior more open.
- New flagstand.
- Ship relocated and flagstand rotated for better routes.
- Added more hill frequency.
- Fog has been brought in a tad.
- Studs taken off the top of the flagstand.
- Increased size of flagstand.
- Made flagstand concave as opposed to convex.
- Pulse Sensor and Motion Sensor added to the bridge.

Fling i'll update those when I get a chance. Sorry so much been going on for me

PS: If any of you guys notice any problems at all let me know ASAP and I'll hotfix. There was a lot of stuff I had to look through, it's possible I missed something...

Why do we need to remove the s3 map pack. If it actually conflicts (the only reason to remove it, really), then that means you are going to unable to watch any demos that were recorded on the S3 maps. At least without jumping through hoops anyway.

Did anybody actually deadstop on the woody stand? The angles are so different than damnation where you have to touch down on the flagstand, I think 99% of my woody grabs are toe grabs.
