Keep a home base up, don't let chain caps, everyone will do their thing, make plays and have fun. Higher picks will make a few more CTF plays per match... I think. Whether they can fit into a teams framework is up to the capt and everyone on the team...

Gallium was on eM.

Dev is great pick for capping and HO.
ChrisGilman is an awesome HoF and solid HD. He's one of the few I few comfortable leaving the flag alone with.
Nutty and Hot Ice remind me of me when I first started because they are good supporting LD, but they're a little too SL heavy to be real game changers. A more traditional LD-style would make these guys even better to have your team than they already are.
EDIT: Oh, and Astro-Lorf? Best chase LD in the game and just a fun guy to have on vent. He's easily one of those top personalities like Rayne or Thaen.
