You might want to think about new private servers.
If this ladder goes live and a league follows I doubt the 2 private servers that are available atm would help with about 10-15 matches per week. (not even counting scrims that I see happening all the time)

there are at least 6 available private USA servers atm

I'm sure if it goes to league the admins will work something out with gameservers (even though I wish they would w/ ultimategameservers)
