What is Cheating? In the simplest of terms, it is breaking the rules. That’s right you are a cheater if you change your INI files in a way not allowed by the rules, such as a double action bind. You are a cheater if you use an EXEC command while using CDC. Our rules on cheating are in every rule set. The fact that you were too lazy to learn the rules for a game you want to play does not excuse you when you are caught doing something against the rules. We suggest that you take a few moments and learn them.
If you break the rules you face punishment.
BANS: That’s right, you goofed up enough that you get banned from TWL, this ban goes to ALL games TWL offers both now and in the future. You will also be banned from CDC use. Any other site that uses CDC, you will also not be able to play there. While everyone can appeal a ban, due to the nature of the offense, very few are allowed back in. We have never allowed someone using a third party cheat program back in as a player.
SUSPENSIONS: You can get suspended for many different reasons. The length of the suspension depends on what you did. People that change Rolloff or use EXEC files in game get 90 days. People that break other rules normally get 30 days. During a suspension, you are allowed to use the TWL website. You are not allowed to play in a match or use CDC. If you do, further action, including being banned, is possible.
FORUM BANS: You can get banned from the forums for breaking the Forum/IRC guidelines found in the consolidated sticky thread. Each time you get forum banned, your time banned increases. Multiple offences can lead to permanent forum bans, suspensions and even Site bans. We are going to be getting even stricter in the forums. Act like an adult and you will not get into trouble. Act like you are 6 years old and we will punish you. PORN IS NOT ALLOWED. You want to see naked people go to an appropriate site. Post it here (even a link) you get an immediate ban. No questions asked. A lot of the players at TWL are under the age of 18. Respect that.
If you are the founder of a team, and you allow a player that was previously banned to rejoin your team, you will get suspended for 30 days. You are suspended because you control the signup password. Read the email you get when a player is banned. It tells you that YOU are responsible if he gets back on the team. As the founder you are responsible for your team’s actions. If your team is acting out you face sanctions against you and your team. The removal of an entire team from the ladder is not out of the question, when the majority of the team is disrupting the community and/or breaking the rules. Control your players.
If you are found circumventing, IE making a new account to get into the site/matches you will face even more action against you.

First I want to say Thanks to the AA AC staff that has been working like crazy to keep the game as free of Cheaters as possible.
The streaming and review of other cheat sites has gone a long way to remove player that wont play by the rules.
Now Secondly I want to thank Hydra for all the work he has put into CDC and all the good it has done for AA.
Lastly I wasnt to address the players out there that continue to try to cheat and a few specific concerns.
1. Shared accounts and shared computers
If you share your account or get anothers OR use anothers PC or let them use yours YOU will face the possibility of being banned if the other player or pc has used cheats. Your account and your PC are your responsibility.
2. Honor Hacks and Trainers
Use them for Honor or training or just to test and you will get banned. You might think its not cheating against others, but Hey it is still a 3rd party cheat and thats all I have to say about that.
3. Linked to Banned Accounts
Got an account linked to a cheater got some bad news for you, we have and will ban accounts that are linked.
OK sure not everyone linked to a banned account withh get banned but you will get reviewed and maybe even more.
4. Ushield or any other program that is used to hide files
Use it and CDC will tell you that you cant connect till you remove it. Sounds great but BAD news you are already busted and will get banned. after you remove it CDC will let you connect but the damage is done and you are history.
Now I dont want to hear the complaints about its not fair that someone else cheated and now I get banned cause they played on my PC or they gave you an account that was already banned.
Dont share and dont trade and dont let others use your PC and life will be better
