It is highly encouraged that Teams:
• Verify the opponents server is streaming using the Streaming Verification.
  For troubleshooting streaming issues, please email the AC team, contact details can be found here.
  
• Take screenshots: (Default: F8), and/or
  • Record demos (Default Console Command: demorec Filename)For details on recording/playing demos, please see this thread.
    

• (Advanced) Run the "pb_cvarlist" console command to verify if the script was/was not running.

Servers with FTP-Access.
• Step 1.) Download the latest configs from here:

• Step 2.) Login to your servers FTP and backup your existing PunkBuster configuration files (or the entire PB directory):
  pbsv.cfg, pbsvuser.cfg or any other files. (these are 2 of the default files loaded by PB)
  
  
• Step 3.) Upload the TWL pbsvuser.cfg and pbsvgame.cfg to your "/System/pb" (or your gameservers pb folder).
  
  
• Step 4.) Restart your server. (or Restart PB "admin pb_sv_restart" In console.)
