I am clicking on the twl cdc application and the loading windows swirl comes up but it never launches. I have tried reinstalling/repairing/etc. etc... nothing is working
what is odd is that it was working 2 weeks ago for a match
any help?

This was posted by M@ddog a while back regarding the issue. Not sure if it will work for you, but its worth a try:
"go direct to the .exe file. do not use the shortcut CDC made. if that works make a new shortcut"
Also, even if you don't have an Anti-Virus installed, is there anyway something else could be blocking it? Firewall, ect?

Doing the same thing to me, i click on the exe, and it does nothing..

I would first look and make sure that AV is disable or CDC is added to the exception lists. Also if you have ad-aware for example installed, it can block the CDC executable to run and like Reflex mentioned, check the firewall settings.

hmm.. I tried what you suggested but nothing is working. I disabled my firewals/anti-virus protection/everything. I guess i'll just have to reformat?

We really need to fix this problems without Re-formatting..
My pc always messes up.
