A buddy of mine and I are having a terrible time trying to figure out what is wrong with the following:
For field #4 in CDC "Your Soldier Name as read from User.ini" it continues to just read "UserName"
He has vista, and we have tryed the solution of restarting aa, unchecking the remember boxes, logging out, logging back in, just about every combo of that.
He is also running CDC and aa in administrator mode.
The path to the AA folder is correct.
And lastly in his User.ini he does have the following:
bDontRememberUsernameAndPassword=False
bAutoLoad=True
and his username and password are correctly saved above those lines, and he has his aa name exact to his TWL identifyer....
The only other option I can really think of is a bad install?? Going to have him uninstall it completely and reinstall but if that doesn't work we are totally out of ideas.
Also in his CDC.ini in his C Program Files\Kustom Appz Software\TWL AA Cheat Deterrent Client folder, we found a glitch where the settings he entered in CDC were not saving to this file.
So just wondering if any of you had additional ideas, and wondering what the exact proper process is to installing cdc on vista 64 bit.
Thanks,
Jambi

If its 64bit remember to download the 64bit patch from our Downloads. Also would make sure no AV software etc is preventing CDC from running properly.
From the CDC FAQ:
# Make sure box 1 in CDC contains the proper path of your AA-folder. Make sure it doesn't point to the system-folder, but just the base folder (defaults to: C: \Program Files\America's Army).
# Make sure the settings are saved in AA (check the "REMEMBER ME" checkbox in the PERSONNEL JACKET).
