How do you promote member participation, confidence, a competitive environment and an even balance?
VAC gets a vote of no confidence due to utter secrecy even though it may be effective in what it seeks and finds.
I suggest: Publish the complaint and the evidence demo. Require a membership vote with an overwhelming majority required to even be considered in Admin's final decision.
Include a cautionary statement: Banning a great player falsely is the worst thing you can do to gaming and your TWL.
Make it user friendly: Click to view complaint, click to view demo, click to vote.

I've seen some of the "top" guys hack. Nobody is going to believe you unless you download a hack and watch the "top" guys.
