If you have an issue with your account, whether it's deleting a guid from your account or having multiple accounts merged into one, send a email to guid@teamwarfare.com and include the following information.
Link to your account.
Your request.

Please make sure you have your correct and valid guid in place. If you make a mistake it is ok just enter your valid guid as soon as possible. If you have any problems please email guid@teamwarfare.com for help.
If you have a invalid guid we will remove it when we find it no need to request it. It will not hurt you or cause any issues to have an invalid guid on your account or extra guids you no longer use it will not cause any errors or problems with adding valid guids. As long as you have your valid guid on your account there will be no problems.
If we find your playing with out a valid guid you will be suspended until it is fixed. If it is not fixed in a week you will be kicked from your team until you add your valid guid.
TeamWarfare only allows 1 account per player. Please do not create a new account for each game you play. If you want a name change you need to go to your account page and select request name change. We will get to it as soon as we can. DO NOT create more then one account new accounts will be suspended until the situation is worked out.
We will not be deleting guids just to delete them. Deletions will be for special circumstances only.
Do NOT ever put some one else guid on your account! You may end up held responsible for another persons actions. If they have a guid issue they need to contact us by emailing guid@teamwarfare.com and we will sort out the problem.
