when i accessed the website to see if its streaming. it says
active and approved.
when im trying to access the pbss path.
after a while the page loads and it says
No screenshot indexes were found for this server!
what do i need to do to fix it.

1 reason could be that in this case pbss ip address is not such kind of structure what ACI History Tool can understand at the moment
If you give this information to ACI, I think that they will correct that if it's possible to do

If the file was empty the page cant be loaded.
Verify if there are SS filed at binaries/PB/svss folder.
If yes, the address can be wrong or unable.
If u use gameservers services, open a ticket asking for abble the pbsvss address.
I had the problem and had to do that.

Yeah. What Raven said....open a support ticket and ask your server provider to make the screenshots viewable by the public
