I have installed the update for the recent UAC patch, but then when I tried to run it, an error pops up saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I have tried re-installing several times, running on administrator, turned off firewalls, etc. It has worked before, just occured after the patch.
