Awesome game - the slight difficulty for competition is the separate zones for EU, NA and RU. Other than that, it's designed for competition!

this needs to happen. You can create private matches of any size... perfect for comp. The issue is tiers. There has to be a limit, like you can only challenge someone of the same tier? Only battles taking place within certain tier ranges? Either way, this would be an epic 2v2 and 3v3 game - just like the bf2 tank ladders were excellent.

I luv this game, its all im playing except for the twl matches. I was able to get my entire clan playing at first but only about half are still playing, which is pretty good. So it's 50/50 you'll like it, its still free to try it as long as you like.
