We have had 2 Tournaments now in TWL AA3 since game was launched. We are now planning to launch our first League Season on TWL AA3. The League concept is still in the works so we would like to hear from the teams what you would like to see during the season.
We are looking at X number of regular season weeks followed by X number of playoff rounds. What maps, timelimits and game types would you like to see in our first season? Also any other suggestions, ideas etc are more than welcome.

Here's my 2 cents...
1. No league or tournament matches during summer months (july-august)
3. 4v4
5. 3 min rounds
6. Three teams in each group during regular season
7. All teams play each other at every match day on the same map. Example: Sunday at 20.00 Team1 play Team2, 20.45 Team1 play Team3, 21.30 Team2 play Team3. Rotate teams each week
8. Regular season consist of three match days with three different maps, long range, mid range and short range. Example: Ranch, Alley, Impact
9. Two teams move on from regular season to playoff
10. Score during regular season give rank to teams. In the playoff the team with the best score meets the team with the worst score, etc...
11. No loser bracket
12. One map in playoff

Count on DFL only if all teams are legit. Otherwise we will not go in a league with cheaters.

No need of names, since the beginning of this mess about 5 or 6 teams left TWL partly or fully because of them. Once the admins will notice not only they lost a good part of the TWL credibility maybe they will gather and do something... Or this organization might just wait ( like they usually do ) for the complete crash of this ladder when the main remaining teams will leave. And then they will probably ask for themselves what happen...
I truly wish it will not come to this end but let say I'm not very positive on the future of this whole situation...

Well put. Agreed!
It's really sad when 1 team can make some of the best AA3 players look like noobs.

Here is a thought.
Not sure how many western teams we have - but maybe divide teams based on location, so those teams playing will have an optimal experience.
2nd thought.
Have it similar to they alley-fog tournament. 2 matches a week, all teams participating can perhaps be put on hold for the ladders so they can focus on the season. X weeks regular season, followed by the playoffs tournament style.
Final thought.
League would be invite only. Teams that are truly active, and do not have many suspensions against them. Exclude teams that constantly have no shows. Etc.

Once again TWL does nothing to people making cheat accusations on here when it's clearly in the rules. It's amazing how a few people around here have so much influence to corrupt a system by constantly breaking the rules but never having to deal with the consequences from it. It's already evident that you are friends with somebody in the system here phr3ak whenever you and m2 breaks the rules they overlook it. I'm just about done with this nonsense.

To attempt to get the thread back on track again...
There are lot of different modes to be played. What of the possibility to only play 1 style, to keep the gaming style consistent?
Good example is Take & Hold only, as Take & Hold tends to be a very competitive style. Where as vip/objective extraction is more strategy.
Throwing ideas out there...

Deleted some replies. I do not want to lock this thread because it is getting offtopic. Do not start stirring problems here, next offtopic poster will get a forum warning.

I like the idea of one style but I believe that Take & Hold is flawed at the moment, since an enemy can see, on their SAI, that you are taking the objective.

To me I find that is what makes Take & Hold hard, and competitive. Normally matches are played trying to kill each other until the last minute or two, to get 2 objectives to get the win. Creates an atmosphere with more fighting and less time hiding/sneaking around. Just my opinion on Take & Hold.

Agreed. Definitely forces you to work as a team too. I personally don't mind the other team knowing either. If played right you can use that to your team's advantage really.

Correct, you can draw them out. Force them to come to you.
There is lot of different tactics you can use when they actually know where you are...
Being last one alive, then it becomes a problem. Key is not to be the last one...

Black electrical tape stuck on the bottom section of your screen. And PB will stream some SS to show how good is your taping skill.

I back this idea. Seems legit.
