I would like to know reason for reponening rosters(Joining allowed to teams)
First they were closed and sudenly open and no one was informed about this.
Short period of time ,league admins team received some players so it seems like bypassing rules to their own pocket in my oppinion.
So please inform my about why rosters were closed and why are they now open.

If you check the ruleset, there is a part about Roster Locks.
Roster Changes
All League Rosters are locked 2 weeks prior to the end of the regular season. After the rosters are locked players are not allowed to join teams.
This has been there since the start of the ruleset. The 2 week time comes from the similar rule what AA2 Leagues have and it has been found to be a working concept.
Why they were closed when sign ups ended was because our AC was checking each teams player's anti-smurf ID. Having the rosters open to allow players to join our AC would probably miss some new players joining. There should have been a announcement about it, sorry. The Season is long with 1+6 weeks, therefore the rosters are open and remain open until 2 weeks prior to the end of the regular season.

Hi!
I was in belief,that rosters was supposed to be closed but it seems like i've forgot some rules as the time goes on.
Sorry for inconvenience,pure missunderstanding of mine.
