-Dexter (best show on TV imo, though the 1st 2-3 episodes were slow this season.)
-Burn Notice (just found the show a month ago. Told about it, dled it, got sick and watched season 1 in 1 day. In Season 4 currently. Nice Macgyveresque show.)
-Sons of Anarchy (love the story and plot, but the acting isn't very good).
-True blood (season ended but is a great show and one of the most creative)
-Californication (starts in January)
-Weeds (This season was better. Last season was mostly boring.)
-The Big C (Was on after weeds, was season 1, very good).
Walking Dead (I'm a little bored with it, but the gf loves it)
-House
-Fringe
-Two and half men (haven't had time to watch this season yet)
-The Big Bang Theory (haven't had time to watch this season yet)
-Spartacus (on starz. 1st season was awesome acting and story, just 2nd rate graphics. Only issue is 2nd season is a prequel without the star due to cancer.)
-Entourage (was a fabulous show, but the last 2 seasons got boring, repetitive and less funny. There's only have half a season left.)

It was the perfect ending for the season though, which also cleanly ties up stuff from the past. The moment you figure it out and go "oooohhhhhh" is great.

ahah I was calling it about half way through the episode or earlier that at some point he either already did or would tell the club about what was going on. Especially since once she fulfilled her deal for Gemma. Looks like next season will be a 14 month time skip and will bring back a lot more of John Tellers diary type stuff.

True Blood is probably a half decent show, and I'm sure the acting is good because its on HBO, but that Twilight series made me hate everything about vampires.
I tried watching the pilots of V, The Event, and Justified, and lost interest fairly quickly.
I'll probably check out Southland, Money Talks, or Fringe although I've never even heard of them.
Oh, and LOL @ the Mantracker on MadJester's list. I used to watch that show along with Survivorman. I applied with some friends to go on that show about two years ago.
Twilight is a stupid chick flick.
True Blood has it's boring moments but overall it's a great show.
You should of atleast stuck with The Event, and V because those tend to get good later on.
Southland is like a hardcore cop drama with good characters, and good plots.
Fringe is like a supernatural, scientific show with paranormal events happening.

I don't watch anything live really except for sports.
So my shows right now for the entire week take 1 hour & 40 minutes.

So my shows right now for the entire week take 1 hour & 40 minutes. Most of the time I'm watching everything off of DVR, even sports. Record the Bears game, so I can finish my work outside or wherever at anytime. About the only thing I watch live is Sunday nights and Dexter. and I've downloaded a good portion of my shows, like Burn Notice. I got sick a month ago and watched season 1 in 1 day on the couch. I watched probably 3 seasons worth of shows when I got the flu.
Most of the rest is my downtime before bed. Watch an episode and pet\brush the pets, then go to bed.

Yeah, its just that I love Dennis Leary and yeah the plots thinned out almost completely but I am curious on which notes it will end on since its supposed to coincide with the 10 year anniversary of Sept 11.

I just didn't want to name 50 something shows just the ones with good plots
