I find that hard to believe given that one of the things they pride themselves on is the consistency in taste. Prolly just a placebo effect, or maybe it has to do with how cold it is in Canada, and therefore the beer never gets warm.

Just finished making the apple pie moonshine.
Apple juice, apple cider, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, everclear, vanilla vodka.
A few pics are here.
Letting it sit a few nights, will get drink drunk on Saturday playing some poker.
