Graduating this coming Saturday!
I am excited. The only thing I am dreading, slightly, is the fact that I must give a speech in front over 2,000+ graduates, in addition to a live broadcast.
Wish me luck!

Just envision them all naked. Course, if that many people were in one place and naked, it would be an orgy. So what are you doing at an orgy giving a speech?
You fucking freak!

May I make a suggestion: drink some liquor beforehand.
That's how I survive public speaking

Congratulations kid!
They say that the Class of 2012 is entering the workforce with better job prospects than the previous years.
http://articles.boston.com/2012-05-13/news/31691299_1_job-market-campus-job-fairs-job-search
The class of 2012 is leaving college with something that many graduates since the start of the Great Recession have lacked: jobs.
To the relief of graduating seniors — and their anxious parents — the outlook is brighter than it has been in four years. Campus job fairs were packed this spring and more companies are hiring. Students aren’t just finding good opportunities, some are weighing multiple offers.
If you are nervous about public speaking... find some propranolol 10mg, pop it, and it should help.

I have nothing else to say... Imagine I said something witty and insightful.

I graduate in 3 weeks!
Then need to decide if I accept this job offer, get my MBA, or go to law school. Post edited by Bucknut at 5/16/2012 1:44:09 PM

Depends on one thing... How bad are your student loan obligations?
The answer is easy after that.

Take a year off, go to Law School... join the ranks of bloodsuckers and whores.
My high school girlfriend did that. Went to Cornell, took a year, went to Boston Law... works as an estate attorney... helping plan wills and trusts and shit.
Way smarter than me... no student loans.
edit:
and she's not a whore... just a lawyer.

If I went the MBA route I would do that. Accept another job offer I got for here in Columbus. The other job offer is out of state but would put me in a really great position.

well shit, Buck, depends how you want to spend your days going fwd...business stuff or legal stuff?
then take the year or two to work that job offer. Stay single if u already are, dont get anyone prego and stay clean with debt and long term commitements, as u know ur life will change within 18-24 months again after starting the job.

Yeah, still deciding. One job offer here is pretty lucrative for a fresh out. I have another job offer out of state that is riskier but could net me a much better job and A LOT more money in the near future if things workout.
