Each one of those games goes on sale for $5. If you don't want them all you might do better to wait. That's how people get 100 games they have never played in their inventory. Buy a bundle that has 5 games and they want 2 but the price is only $2 more than buying the 2 games alone. Then they never play the others and wasted $2 bucks.
If you like all 5, its a very good deal (even though one is only DLC and not a stand alone game).

I already own Metro 2033 and Darksiders so it's not something I'm looking at for myself. But I've heard good things about every game in the pack (or played them myself).
And you're right. That is how unnecessary collections are built.

Your Badge Page. Go to Community - View my Profile - Badges on the right sidebar.
So far, nothing too exciting badge-wise. It's basically an overall Steam achievement system.
No play-to-win stuff. Yet.
Edit: Voting for the game deals will help towards a badge... the quick deals seem to be the best price of a game, so grab it then.

The thing I'm bummed about are the achievements or badges I missed out on... Golden Potato and all that stuff.
I wish Valve would open up a 2 week window where that stuff would be active again, letting people go back to complete it.
May lower the exclusivity factor of those achievements, but would be another boost to sales.

I'm hoping The Witcher 2 will get under 15 or so and Take On Helicopters will get a nice fat sale.
Can't think of too many other games I'm interested in right now.
