Sweet.......so they attempt to further openly undermine our rights. Abuse our rights, even beyond their previously attempted authority. Lose a specific court case involving it, then pay out "our" collective tax money as compensation for their gross neglegance.
With a foolproof system like that they should either create more laws, or print more money I suppose. Lucky for us I am confident they will continue to do both.

Clearly a perfect system is where we make everything illegal.
Pay cops way too much fucking money, not to mention bloated pensions/benefits, to enforce bullshit laws..........
Spend 100k per year, in some states, incarcerating people with further collectively stolen tax money.
Then pay out millions and millions of it when they provably ruined a specific persons life (even more unjustly than unjustifiably).
Obviously you don't evaluate the system to that extent......because I'm not sure you really even evaluate it at all.
You like the idea of implementing soda allowances, rationing rights, and not having the ability to do what you want with your own body or objects that have been created in the past 250 years.
I honestly don't know what else to say to you. You have made your point extremely clear and I just full-heartedly and unequivocally disagree with it.

As I mentioned before, minors are property (their parents/guardians property)......until they reach an age of consent.
The exact excruciating details of that have been hammered out in other threads.
If having sex with your dog isn't consensual, than neither would be pounding the pudge off your 12 year old daughter.
