All free speech and protesting must be done in "approved zones" and even then are heavily regulated (look at how they cracked down on the OWS people and how the Mayor in Seattle recently declared Marshall Law).
Now your ability to organize and say what you want is limited to "Free Speech Zones" like this one........

Not entirely true about Amendment III. My dad's friend won a case at the Supreme Court against the State of Alabama based on infringements of the 3rd Amendment. He said it was the first time that Amendment had been used in a case in something like 80 years.

It is the rarest used one........that is for sure.

Nurse Jennifer Gallagher, who helped treat victims of the Aurora theater shooting in Colorado, has drowned while on a family vacation in Iowa.
