Not sure how disability works down there. But up here there are a few different types. If you pay the premium dollars, you get own occupation disability. That means that if you get injured, and can no longer perform the specific job you were doing, you can collect until retirement, regardless of the fact that you may be able to do a myriad of other jobs.
Now if he paid those types of premiums, on a private plan, then there would be no fraud, and you would just look like a whiney douche. But if he is scamming, then for sure he should be turned in. Might want to do a little bit of discreet digging before you make yourself look stupid though.
It's one thing to be a real cripple and collect disability. Like somebody who got both arms ripped off while cleaning out the Slurpee machine. Yeah, give him a few extra bucks a month so he can sit on the couch, watch TV, and dream about having arms again.

In fact, I think it should take TWO missing limbs to get disability. If you lose one hand or one foot, get a hook or a peg leg and get back to fucking work.

Go to the government agenc that pays him. Or whatever agency and tell the about it. If they are serious enough about their job, they will investigate it and he wil get booted from disability checks or whatever. If the agency doesn't take you seriously well then your country is pretty much fucked
take pictures, better yet, video, label the CD with the dude's name (and address?) and drop it off at the agency that pays the disability, but do meet with someone there, not just "leave it at the counter"

This is good information. Companies often buy disability insurance through a private insurer. What this guy is doing may be enough to deny a claim. He might be getting disability through social security but not necessarily.
