Konami has officially launched Metal Gear Online (http://www.ign.com/games/metal-gear-online-mgs5/xbox-one-20028685) for PC, January 19th.

According to a Steam post (http://steamcommunity.com/games/287700/announcements/detail/705178886077145090), Metal Gear Online is available and players who log in and play at least one game between today and January 26 can earn a 3000 Gear Points to spend on customizations.

The PC beta for Metal Gear Online went live last week (http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/01/12/konami-announces-metal-gear-online-pc-beta-launches-tomorrow) but was disabled temporarily (http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/01/13/metal-gear-online-pc-beta-disabled-temporarily) the following day due to a potential exploit that was found. It did come back online later that day.

Konami has said it will continue to update and add new content to Metal Gear Online. Players can expect more DLC and a Survival Mode (http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/12/28/new-dlc-in-the-works-for-metal-gear-online) sometime in the near future.

It should be noted Metal Gear Online is accessible to anyone who owns Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (http://www.ign.com/games/metal-gear-solid-5/ps3-149839).
